He has 23 years of experience in the BioPharma industry and has led value-added projects and led companies to success. He is a highly successful and results-driven leader with a proven track record in launching innovative products, building and leading teams, creating successful business strategies, business operations, marketing and financial management.
Prior to joining Gencare, ilker Bayram held a variety of sales, marketing and key account positions at Amgen. At Amgen, he successfully managed the oncology portfolio under his responsibility, led many successful projects in cancer genetics and molecular testing solutions, and inspired the implementation of these projects in many countries.
ilker Bayram joined Amgen in 2013 and spent the first 13 years of his career at Sanofi and local pharmaceutical companies.
Ilker Bayram holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Akdeniz University and a master’s degree in business administration from Istanbul Bilgi University.
